Dear Friends, As a new month begins we rejoice for the continual blessings and protection the Lord gives us. This week we welcomed into our children’s home 18 new children. We thank the Lord for the opportunity to train these children and raise them to know about God. This week we also thank the Lord for allowing Ms. Dominique who helps out with our ministry to pass her nursing board exam. Please pray that the Lord will guide her as she continues to help out with the ministry. This Sunday we had a wonderful turn out for the services and were able to spend great time in fellowship. We thank you all for your faithful prayers and support for the work here in Thailand. Please pray as more of the children return and life here at the home gets busy again.
Dear Friends, After 2 months of being unable to meet to worship we were finally able to open the church doors again. We are thankful to be able to gather together again to spend time in fellowship and hear God’s Word. Many of our senior members were missing out on church and look forward to the fellowship and growth again. We look forward to the children coming home also. We thank you all for your faithful prayers and support for us during this troubling time for all of us. The Lord has continued to bless and keep us all safe. We are grateful for the time we had to pray and draw closer to God and we look forward to all that we will be able to accomplish in the upcoming months as we are able to go back out soul-winning. -Mrs. Srichand HornAnd Nongloam Baptist Ministries
Dear Friends, We thank the Lord for His continual blessings and protection. This week at Roied they were able to open up the church building and have services for the first time since the pandemic began. The Lord blessed and they had 20 in attendance, 2 saved, and 2 baptized. Here at Nongloam we have 1 more week till we can open up. Br. Boy held services for the last time online today and all of our children continue to have morning Bible reading and prayer. A lot of work has gotten done around the mission and we are thankful for all that the Lord has done for us during this time. We thank you all for your faithful prayers and support for the work here in Thailand. We pray that you all stay safe and healthy. Please pray as the children will soon be returning from their villages and we will have to homeschool them all. Pray that the staff and I will have the strength and wisdom. The Lord continues to keep me healthy and I am grateful to all those who are praying for me.
Dear Friends, We pray that you all are staying safe and are well. It has been another week in quarantine here in Thailand and we continue to hold our services online. Preparation is still being made for when the children come home from their villages. Please continue to pray that the Lord will give the staff and I wisdom as we care for the children. We do not know how long Thailand will be on quarantine so we will have to have our own classes for the children till they can return to school. We will also need to find ways to care for them with the limited staff that we have. We continue to daily Bible studies and prayer with the children and will use this time to help them draw closer to God. We thank you all for your faithful prayers and support. This has been a difficult time for people all over the world and we are grateful that admits this pandemic you would remember our work here in Thailand. May God bless you all and keep you safe. -Mrs. Srichand Horn And Nongloam Baptist Ministries
Dear Friends, We are wishing a Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mothers. We hope this is a special time for you despite all that is going on. Here in Thailand, we continue to be in lockdown and continue to hold services online. Work is still being done around the home in preparation for when the children will return from their villages. We thank you all for your faithful prayers and support for the ministry. Please pray that the Lord will give us wisdom on how to handle the children when they return at the end of June. Pray that if we are all still on lockdown that we will be able to keep the children busy and still learning. -Mrs. Srichand HornAnd Nongloam Baptist Ministries
Dear Friends, We thank you all for your prayers for the rain. This week the Lord answered our prayers and sent plenty of rain for the fruit trees and gardens. As things continue to go on in this new normal we are working hard to prepare the home for the return of the children from their villages on the 22nd of June. Please continue to pray that the things will not be as bad by then and that the Lord will give me strength and wisdom to handle all 68 of the children. I am grateful at all the Lord has given me the strength to do these almost 7 years without Br Horn. Though I did not know how I would do it, the Lord has continued to grow His work here in Thailand. We will continue to host our online services till the end of May and are excited to see what the Lord will do when we are able to go back out to win souls and minister to the people at church. We thank you all for your faithful prayers and support that had continued to keep this ministry going. We also continue to pray that you all will stay safe.
Dear Friends, It has been a hot week here in Thailand. Everything is still on lockdown and we continue to hold our services online for all of our church members. At the home, we are continuing daily in prayers and bible studies. We are also working hard to keep up the fruit trees. We ask that you pray for the Lord to send rain as the trees are beginning to die. It takes a lot of work for the children to water the trees every day. They have also been keeping busy working on projects all around the home to fix things up nicely. We thank you for your faithful prayers and support for the work here as we continue through this difficult time. We also continue to pray for you all and that the Lord will heal the land from this virus. — -Mrs. Srichand HornAnd Nongloam Baptist Ministries
Dear Friends, Another week has gone by during this lockdown. We continue to do our services online allowing not only our usual church members but many others to hear the word of God. We thank the Lord for the chance to still spread the gospel here in Thailand despite all that is going on. It is a time when the world needs the hope of the Lord. The young people still here at the home continue to read the bible daily and we spend time in prayer and the Lord continues to protect us here. We thank you all for your faithful prayers and support for the work here in Thailand. We continue to keep you all in our prayers and look forward to what God will do during this epidemic and when it is all over.
Dear Friends, We hope that today you are staying safe and spending time with your family as we celebrate this Resurrection Sunday. Today here in Thailand we had a small family dinner. We were able to listen online to Boy and brother Jesada. We thank the Lord for all He Is doing for us. We are all doing okay listening to the laws as we have church online till the end of this. If everything is okay the kids school will be opening July 1. In the meantime, we are fixing up the home and go out 1 time per week to go buy food. We thank the Lord for protecting all of us and pray that you all are also stay safe. We thank you all for your continued prayers and support for us here in Thailand. We hope to pray that the Lord will heal the world and that we will take this time to turn our hearts back to Him remembering the price he paid on the cross many years ago to free us from sin. -Mrs. Srichand HornAnd Nongloam Baptist Church
Dear Friends, It is hard to believe that another week has passed during this epidemic and we thank the Lord for keeping us safe. We pray that you and your families are also well. For those who are still out working we pray that the Lord protect you and thank you for your service during this difficult time. We also pray for those at home and hope that this has been a time of reflection and in prayers. Here in Thailand we have encouraged all of our members to stay home and watch services online. Families have been having services together. Many miss the fellowship of church and the chance to go out sohlwinning but we have been using this time to pray and draw closer to God. The children have been having devotions in the morning and doing work around the mission. For the month of April there were 11saved, 1 baptized, and 4 visitors and our outreach ministries had 1 saved and 3 baptized. We thank you all for your continued prayers and support for the ministry here. We look forward to the day when this will be over and we will once again be able to go out and reach the people of Thailand with the gospel.-Mrs. Srichand HornAnd Nongloam Baptist Ministries
