Dear Friends, This week we have been hard at work at the new church at Wang Mariew. The building and land have been coming along nicely and we are grateful for the many hands of our members. There are some building, some cleaning, some painting and some cleaning and every little bit helps. Back at Nongloam we are grateful to have the Short family helping at the church. Brother Short was able to preach with sister Meema translating. Some of the church members there also were able to go out soul winning. We thank you all for your prayers and support for the work here. As this new ministry grows we look forward to showing how your contributions are making a difference. Dear Friends, We are grateful to be updating you this week with all of our good news and blessings. The school will finally be opening up after over a year of being closed the children will be able to return full time. They are short teachers and so the Lord has opened the door for one of our young ladies, Meema, to go teach. This will be a great opportunity to be a witness to both the children in the school and to the other teachers. Please keep her in your prayers. Another blessing this week was our opportunity to attend the wedding of Worachai, one of the young men who grew up in the childre’s home. It brought tears to my eyes as he was so grateful for me raising him in the home and asked me to be his mother in the wedding ceremony. It was a beautiful ceremony and he is marrying a good Christian girl. I am so grateful to see him do things right and his willingness to serve the Lord. Please also keep this new couple in your prayers. We thank you all for your continued prayers and support for the ministry. This year is off to a wonderful start and we look forward to seeing all that the Lord had planned for us. -Mrs. Srichand Horn And Nongloam Baptist Ministries
Dear Friends, We thank the Lord for open doors this week. We were able to take the kids up to the school building which had been empty for some time to help with a cleanup and to do some yardwork. Lord willing, if all goes well, the kids will be able to start school on the 31st. Our soul winning Pastor and his wife were able to go out soul winning and saw 21 saved. At our outreach church Nongphue Baptist there were 3 saved. We thank the Lord that this week we were able to hold in person services. We don not know what next will bring but we are always grateful to have time of fellowship with our brothers and sisters. Please continue to pray that things will continue to improve and more things will open up for us. -Mrs. Srichand Horn And Nongloam Baptist Ministries
